This essential class is the perfect introduction to pole dance fitness for absolute beginners. Learn the language of the pole, such as holds, basics spins, dance moves and conditioning, with an emphasis on injury prevention. This intro class is a challenging all-around workout including: warm-up and stretching, simple pole moves, pole spins, and floor work. All are combined into progressive, easy-to-learn, and simple choreographed routines taught at a pace everyone can follow.  The floor work moves become an integral and necessary part of the dance element in future levels.

A physically demanding course. Students learn to move, defend, and attack. You will learn to perform specific old school kickboxing drills that will help you develope to your fullest potential.

You will train as a kickboxer trains and get into the best shape of your life.

All level of fitness is welcome.  Gloves are required.

Fusion Pilates is a combination of the best of Pilates and Yoga. This class builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.  Fusion Pilates is designed to work the lymphatic as well as the internal organs of the body in combination with the skeletal and muscular structure of the entire physique. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Bring your Yoga mat or rent one at the studio.

INSANITY uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest.

Adding high-intensity exercise forces the body to use fast-twitch muscle fibers not normally engaged in cardio exercise. These fast-twitch fibers continue burning fuel even during lower-intensity exercise.

You will experience Yoga like never before while working with partners in a fun and encouraging environment.  This class is ideal for getting in a very quick, dynamic, feel-good stretch, while toning your muscles and building dynamic power.

Tabata Bootcamp™ is a group training program that is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Students receive an easy and individually formatted program from a certified Tabata Bootcamp™ trainer, and participate in weekly workouts that will result in true, successful weight loss and muscle gain.

Urban Protection Bootcamp takes a practical approach to training. This unique and noncompetitive class is designed to get you in great shape at the same time give you the skills necessary in dealing with potential violence. You will use combative strikes and realistic combinations to get a solid workout in concert with reinforcing self-protection skills for the real world. This bootcamp class focuses on building conditioning, movement and strength through applications from many different martial art systems and styles.
