Urban Fitness Clubs are a community focussed gym, and different from traditional gyms. We focus on intense bodyweight training and group fitness activity. We enable and encourage our members to develop and strengthen during our specialized bodyweight classes such as ObstacleFit®, Bootcamps, Kickboxing, HIIT, Tabata, TRX, Circuit, Core and Body Conditioning and Yoga.
GETTING ON THE WAITLIST
- If a class is full, please add yourself to the waitlist. There is a very good chance for you to get in the class once you are on the waitlist
- The waitlist is available online till 6 hours before the class start time
- When you are on the waitlist, the system automatically adds you to the class when someone cancels. An auto Email notification will be sent to the Email you provided
- Please make sure the “opt-in for Email” box remain checked in your online profile. Email is the only way to find out if you are added to the class
HOW TO CANCEL A WAITLIST
- Log in your account ONLINE
- Go to My Schedule. You should see Waitlist on the top right corner of your class schedule. Click on Waitlist then Cancel button to cancel your waitlist
- If you receive an Email that you are added to the class, your registration is confirmed. There is no other confirmation will be given by Urban Fitness Club. Please ignore the “unconfirmed” status on your online account
- If cannot come to the class after receiving the Email confirmation, please cancel online as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy will apply
- The system stops adding people from the waitlist 3 hours prior to the class start time.
- If you are on the waitlist, but did not receive any Email. Â Please try to register online on the day of the class during that 12 hours window. If there is an opening, you will be added to the class directly.
