Urban Fitness Clubs are a community focussed gym, and different from traditional gyms. We focus on intense bodyweight training and group fitness activity. We enable and encourage our members to develop and strengthen during our specialized bodyweight classes such as ObstacleFit®, Bootcamps, Kickboxing, HIIT, Tabata, TRX, Circuit, Core and Body Conditioning and Yoga.
In the event of personal injury or for medical reasons, Urban Fitness will place membership on hold without charge as long as this request is accompanied with a doctor’s note, including the nature of the medical condition and clearly state your estimated recovery time
Extended free hold is available in the event of pregnancy. A written request is required 30 days prior to the start of hold
Any verbal request to a trainer will not be accepted
The hold can only start as early as your request date (email date). For extended hold due to medical reasons, supporting documents need to be provided at request date i.e. doctor’s note. The hold cannot be backdated
No refund will be issued for a hold request. Additional days that equal to your total hold days during your membership term will be added to the end of the membership. The scheduled monthly payment date will be adjusted after each hold is ended
Urban Fitness Clubs reserves the right to change the terms of the hold policy
