Urban Fitness Clubs are a community focussed gym, and different from traditional gyms. We focus on intense bodyweight training and group fitness activity. We enable and encourage our members to develop and strengthen during our specialized bodyweight classes such as ObstacleFit®, Bootcamps, Kickboxing, HIIT, Tabata, TRX, Circuit, Core and Body Conditioning and Yoga.
- Cancellation will be accepted up to 6 hours before the scheduled class start time
- For 10/20 CLASS PASS members, class is counted as if you had attended if cancellation is less than 6 hours. This cancellation fees will help cover the cost of your spot in class. Whether you late cancel or miss class, the class will count as one of your class passes
- ALL late cancels and no-shows are subject to a $10 late cancellation fee with no exceptions (unless for medical reasons) and will be added to your account at the time of late cancel or no-show. The cancellation fee is automated and will be charged to your credit card. If your credit card is declined your account will be suspended until payment made or until your credit card information has been updated.
Urban Fitness Club reserves the right to suspend a membership for one month if late cancels have exceeded 5 in one month. If this happens a second time then a membership is terminated without refund.
We encourage you to always cancel online to avoid the cancellation fee.
All purchases are non-refundable with the exception of an injury accompanied with a doctors note excusing you from classes.
Urban Fitness Clubs reserve the right to cancel any membership without cause, in which event you will be entitled to a refund only of unused prepaid instalments. Urban Fitness Clubs also reserve the right to terminate a membership if there is a breach of rules of contract or any serious misconduct.

Why is there a $10 charge on my credit card?
Your late cancel or no show can take from one day or up to two weeks to be processed.
How many times can I cancel classes. What’s the big deal?
Unfortunately emergencies happen and can’t be avoided but that’s not an excuse to take up a valuable spot from another member. You will be charged. Excessive cancels of more then 5 in one month will lead to a month suspension on a first time offence. If this happens a second time then the contract is terminated without refund.
Do I get charged every time?
Medical emergencies happen and those are the only exception that would be considered acceptable for non-payment of $10 charge.
I want to guarantee my spot because you’re busy but I’m not sure if I can make it.
Do NOT book a class to hold a spot. If you book a spot you 100% intend on arriving.
Can I switch my spot with another time to suit my schedule?
You may not simply switch a class. You will receive a $10 penalty for the class you did not attend.
Where do I see recent charges?
Go to the billing section of your account settings.
I was charged incorrectly so how do I fix that?
Contact management via email only to get the incorrect charge fixed and refunded.
Can I get a receipt for my payments?
Go to the account settings on your notebook computer or home computer.
