Urban Protection Bootcamp takes a practical approach to training. This unique and noncompetitive class is designed to get you in great shape at the same time give you the skills necessary in dealing with potential violence. You will use combative strikes and realistic combinations to get a solid workout in concert with reinforcing self-protection skills for the real world. This bootcamp class focuses on building conditioning, movement and strength through applications from many different martial art systems and styles.
